"Unbelievable Experience"
I can't believe the customer service I've encountered. My electrical device is actually smoking while it's charging! The responses I'm getting are just wild, like 'it's still functioning, though.' They say the burning smell is just a normal thing. I'm still hanging tight for a refund and have even had to open a case through PayPal.

"Hosepipe that stretches out."
Items arrived just as I requested and were nicely packed. The ordering was straightforward and fast. Communication was solid. The only downside was with Royal Mail; they said it would arrive on a certain day, but it didn’t show up until two days after that. However, that’s not the supplier's issue at all.
